Face to Face classes

Do I need to bring my mat?

You’ll need your own mat due to COVID health and safety precautions we’re taking.

Where are the classes held?

Please be sure to check out the timetable page here as some classes are held in different areas of the church and in different locations. You will see that the Wednesday and Saturday classes are held at Last Round a gym at North Richmond.

How much does it cost?

Do you accept Eftpos or Fitness Passport?

Classes are $20 or 5 class pass for $85 or 10 class pass for $170. Once cards are purchased there are refunds.

As we are a small community yoga facility we don’t have eftpos facilities or Fitness Passport. Cash payments only.

I’m a beginner, what class should I go to?

All classes are suitable as the teacher will adjust poses or talk you through poses to assist.

Don’t be shy to say you’re a beginner.

I have an injury, is yoga OK for me?

For the most part, yes. It’s a good idea to arrive to class a little earlier to let your yoga instructor know so they can bear it in mind during the practice. Yoga can be excellent for healing and pain management.

Also, if you are under the care of a medical practitioner, seek their advice.

Do you have prenatal classes?

At this point in time, we don’t, sorry.

Can I eat before class?

It’s best not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class.
